J & H Services

Consultation Fee- $25

2 Hour discussion of client requests, desires, & budget guidelines

(Refundable w/appointment)

Individual Projects- up to$10 per item

Centerpieces & Party favors-

Based on selected designs, individual items will be created and delivered according to client specifications. Client is financially responsible for ALL supplies required to complete projects*

Event Planner- $150

Based on client requests, a full event plan will be formulated including venue, décor,

catering, labor, resource list with pricing, & budget

Event Director- $250

Based on event plan, a full-time position- The director will ensure set-up, labor management, & ceremony implementation according to program from beginning of the event to the end, on the day of the event

Executor- $1000

Based on event plan, a full-time position- The executor will create décor, purchase

and gather items according to event plan, set-up and break-down venues, delivery

& return of rentals, as well as provide venue clean-up

Client Requirements

-Event Services must be appointed at least 5 days before the scheduled event

-Budget funds must be provided on a pre-paid Visa/MasterCard for use by the Executor,

at least 3days before the scheduled event. Pre-paid card will be provided by J & H.

*This ensures a documented listing of event purchases and budget cost

-20% deposit of Event Services fee must be provided on the appointment date

50% of deposit is ref​undable up to 3 days after the appointment date

-Client is financially responsible for ALL supplies required to complete projects*

Travel Cost - $20 inside Birmingham, AL

(Add $10 per 30miles. outside Birmingham, AL)

(Prices may vary based on travel, personnel, and/or equipment)
